Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join onsite communities in Los Angeles, California. You will handle resident service requests, perform make-ready/turn repairs, and help maintain common areas to keep properties in top condition.

Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, based on experience. We verify onsite experience, government-issued ID, and reliable transportation prior to placement.

Qualifications

• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work.
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready).

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs; prioritize multiple work orders and work independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.
