Job summary

The Liberty Group is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in California. Pay ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.

The role requires at least 6 months of onsite apartment maintenance experience and a valid government-issued ID. Responsibilities include completing resident service requests, performing make-ready repairs, maintaining common areas, documenting work in logs, and delivering excellent customer service to residents and onsite

• Reliable transportation.
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work.
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready).

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs.
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
