Job summary

Dawn Staffing Solutions Inc. seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client’s maintenance team in Madison, WI. The role focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, interpret blueprints and schematics, and support installations and upgrades. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of industrial maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment.
• Inspect, service, and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other production machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to perform maintenance activities.
• Assist with equipment installations, machine upgrades, and production line modifications.
• Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records using CMMS software.
