Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our Fitchburg, WI team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.

Ideal candidates have strong experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and motors, and can read schematics. Welding and PLC troubleshooting are a plus; safety and quality come first.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors and machinery.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Welding, fabrication and PLC troubleshooting are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.

• Install, replace, and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings.
