The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic domains, and familiarity with PLC-controlled automation systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic domains.
• Experience maintaining motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes and automated equipment.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and process improvement projects.
