Job summary

Crew Carwash in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us keep locations running smoothly. You'll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support location leadership with upkeep and safety.

Must be 18+, 1+ years mechanical experience, and able to work night schedule Mon-Thu 8pm-7am. We offer competitive hourly pay, daily pay options, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401K match, tuition reimbursement, plus free car washes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mechanical experience required.
• Willing to work a night schedule Mon-Thu 8pm-7am.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Comfortable around moving machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure location uptime.
• Follow safety policies and represent Crew values.
• Maintain equipment and location systems.
• Complete maintenance training with leadership teams.
• Support quick issue resolution to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to standardization of equipment across locations.

Crew’s Expectations

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have 1+ years mechanical experience
• Be able to work a night schedule 4 days/week Monday-Thursday 8p-7a
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
