Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Avon, Indiana. You'll join a recognized employer and develop leadership skills through hands-on coaching, daily pay options, and industry-leading training.

Expect to work in a fast-paced setting with shifts across opening, mid, and closing. You will focus on safety, service excellence, and team development while contributing to growth and customer loyalty.

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.

Crew’s Expectations

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
