Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Indiana to launch your leadership journey in a busy service environment. You’ll smile, model safety as our #1 value, and serve as a role model for exceptional service while coaching others and inspiring the team to reach their full potential.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, opportunities for tuition reimbursement, growth within the company, and competitive compensation ($45,000–$60,000 per year) with incentive pay, plus benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Lift/move minimum of 25 pounds.
• Operate electronic devices and withstand weather extremes.

Crew’s Expectations

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
