Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Indiana. You’ll help guide customer service excellence and safety, while training to lead operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, high-quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with equipment.
• Be comfortable working near moving mechanical parts.
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices.
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.
