Crew Carwash in Eden Prairie, MN is hiring a daytime Full-Time or Part-Time Day Team Member. You will welcome customers, service and load vehicles, and help maintain a clean, safe car wash environment.

The role emphasizes safety, excellent service, and a quick, friendly pace during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Compensation starts at $16–$17 per hour with incentive pay, daily pay options, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision for full-time, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition

Crew’s Expectations

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience is required
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Have the ability to work during the hours of 7AM- 4PM in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
