Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Maintenance Technician to contribute to a safety-driven, high-performing team at our Wisconsin location. You will perform location maintenance, support mechanical operations, and help standardize equipment across sites.

The role requires at least 1 year of mechanical experience, physical stamina for long shifts, and the ability to lift at least 25 pounds. We offer extensive training, growth opportunities, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years mechanical experience.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working near/moving mechanical parts.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.

• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
