Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin. You will support maintenance across locations, performing repairs and routine upkeep to ensure equipment runs smoothly and safely.

The role emphasizes safety, fast-paced operations, and hands-on training with leadership teams. Competitive hourly pay and daily pay options are offered, along with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have 1+ years mechanical experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts.
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide great guest experience at Crew Carwash locations.
• Maintain proper location maintenance and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Ensure mechanical operational excellence across locations.
• Standardize equipment and maintenance practices.
• Complete required maintenance work and participate in maintenance training with location leadership teams.
