Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturing facility in Delavan, WI. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, first shift 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with pay up to $43/hour depending on experience.

You’ll troubleshoot and repair production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support CNC lathes, mills, and related equipment to maximize uptime. Candidates should have strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience with Fanuc controls and diagnostics preferred.
• Knowledge of motors, transformers, relays, sensors, encoders, and industrial controls.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance throughout the facility.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with maintenance of CNC lathes, mills, multi-spindle machines, bar feeders, and related production equipment.
• Perform building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Repair or replace motors, controls, switches, lighting, and electrical components.
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance needs for forklifts and company vehicles.
• Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and documentation.
• Manage repair parts inventory and maintenance supplies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and production uptime goals.
• Assist production teams as needed.

Full-Time, M-F 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Salary Range: $34-43 hourly DOE

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, or related field preferred
• 5-7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience with Fanuc controls and diagnostics preferred
• Knowledge of motors, transformers, relays, sensors, encoders, and industrial controls
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
