Job summary

The Waffle House, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service several restaurants in the Kyle, TX area. Responsibilities include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, roof repairs and door/tile maintenance.

Candidates should have basic plumbing, electrical wiring, experience with power tools, HVAC up to 5 tons, and EPA Universal Certification. A company vehicle is provided along with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic plumbing knowledge required.
• Electrical wiring skills (low voltage, 120/208V, single & 3 phase) required.
• Experience using small power/hand tools.
• HVAC repair experience up to 5 ton.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform electrical work and basic plumbing tasks.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, roofs, doors, blinds and tiles as needed.

JOB DETAILS

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
• Use of small power/hand tools
• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
• EPA Universal Certification
