The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will service multiple restaurants in and around the Durham, NC area. Responsibilities include installing and repairing restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repairs and replacement of doors, blinds and tiles.

Experience in basic plumbing, basic electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt), use of small hand tools, HVAC repair for up to 5 ton units and EPA Universal Certification is required.

Qualificações

• Must be able to perform basic plumbing and building electrical tasks.
• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton is required.
• Use of small power/hand tools is required.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Perform roof repairs and door, blinds and tile replacements as needed.
• Work across multiple restaurants within the geographic area.

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience:

1. Basic Plumbing
2. Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
3. Use of small power/hand tools
4. HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
5. EPA Universal Certification

Schedule and Benefits:

1. 2 weeks paid vacation per year, 3 weeks after 2 years

5. Typical work schedule is 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday with a rotating schedule of on-call duty for weekends, nights, and holidays.
