Job summary

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will service multiple restaurants in and around the area, performing installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof work, and doors/blinds/tiles. This role supports a growing company with centralized maintenance needs.

Required experience includes basic plumbing, basic electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase), use of small tools, HVAC repair (≤5 ton), and EPA Universal

Qualifications

• Basic plumbing skills required.
• Knowledge of building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208V, single and 3 phase).
• Able to use small power/hand tools.
• HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 ton.
• EPA Universal Certification.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform electrical work as needed.
• Handle plumbing tasks and HVAC maintenance.
• Repair roofing and replace doors, blinds, and tiles.

Job description

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience:

1. Basic Plumbing
2. Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
3. Use of small power/hand tools
4. HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
5. EPA Universal Certification

Schedule and Benefits:

1. 2 weeks paid vacation per year, 3 weeks after 2 years

5. Typical work schedule is 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday with a rotating schedule of on-call duty for weekends, nights, and holidays.
