Job summary

Waffle House is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multiple restaurants around the Ladson area. You will install and repair restaurant equipment, refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, and related building components to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications include basic plumbing, electrical work, HVAC up to 5 ton, hand-tools usage, and EPA Universal Certification. Company vehicle is provided, with a typical 7am–5pm schedule and rotating on-call for weekends and

• Experience in basic plumbing and electrical wiring.
• HVAC repair skills up to 5 ton capacity.
• Use of small power/hand tools and safety compliance.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair refrigeration and restaurant equipment.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Repair roofs, doors, blinds, and tiles as required.
• Maintain high service standards for multiple locations.

JOB DETAILS

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience

• Basic Plumbing


• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)


• Use of small power/hand tools


• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton


• EPA Universal Certification
