Job summary

Axiom Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician based at Infinity Plaza West with responsibilities across multiple properties in the East Region (KCMO, Lee’s Summit, Grandview, Belton, MO). You will resolve resident service tickets and perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure property conditions meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Resolve service tickets generated by residents.

• Assist with make-readies, grounds, and other tasks as directed by Regional Maintenance Lead or Community Manager.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.

Maintenance Technician

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician that will be based at our Infinity Plaza West property but will also service other properties in our East Region (KCMO, Lee’s Summit, Grandview, Belton, MO)

The responsibilities of the position will include resolving service tickets generated by our residents and performing preventative maintenance and repair on the properties. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will assist in completing make readies, grounds, and other tasks assigned by the Regional Maintenance Lead or the Community Manager. Experience with troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repair will be necessary to handle the day-to-day maintenance of the properties.

Successful candidates will be responsible to provide “on-call” support on a rotating basis.

Base Hourly Rate: up to $28/hr depending on experience/skill set and this position provides a monthly cell phone allowance of $85 (tax free)

Experience & Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant and well-rounded maintenance experience in the multi-family industry
