Maxus Properties in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and routine upkeep to ensure safe, comfortable living environments.
Responsibilities include completing service requests, preparing apartments for tours, assisting with inspections, managing stock, and performing tool maintenance under the Maintenance Supervisor. Valid driver's license and prior maintenance experience are required.
