Job summary

Axiom Property Management is seeking a Make Ready Technician to service properties primarily in the Gladstone and Kansas City, MO areas, with occasional work on other properties in the portfolio.

You will help restore vacated apartments to market-ready status on schedule, assist the Maintenance Technician with tickets, and support the Groundskeeper in upkeep of exteriors and interiors. On-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the multi-family industry preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Positive references.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vacated apartments are restored to market-ready status in a timely manner according to the Regional Maintenance Lead’s timetable.
• Assist the Maintenance Technician with maintenance tickets and the Groundskeeper with exterior and interior upkeep.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.

Make Ready Technician

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Make Ready Technician that will service our propertiesprimarily in the Gladstone and Kansas City, MO areas, but will also occasionally service the other properties in our portfolio as necessary.

The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “market ready” status in a timely manner and according to the Regional Maintenance Lead’s timetable. In addition, the Make Ready Technician will assist the Maintenance Technician with maintenance tickets and the Groundskeeper in the upkeep of both the exterior and the interior of the property.

Successful candidates will be responsible to provide “on-call” support on a rotating basis.

Base Hourly Rate: up to $22/hr (based on experience)
