Artcraft Management of Florida LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep communities operating at peak performance. You will handle service requests and perform HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs, while carrying out apartment turns and preventive maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has maintenance experience with HVAC preferred and a strong work ethic, with a valid driver's license and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required with ability to perform repairs.
• HVAC experience or certification preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety rules and OSHA guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Handle service requests for residents and common areas.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Conduct apartment turns and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours issues.
