Job summary

Artcraft Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our communities operating at their best through quality repairs and resident service.

You will perform HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and participate in an on-call rotation. We value safety, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Technical training in one or more trades, and HVAC certification, Types 1 and 2.
• Possession of a valid Virginia Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• Must possess mechanical aptitude.
• Must follow safety rules and regulations according to OSHA and Artcraft Management, Inc. guidelines.
