Artcraft Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community operating at its best through quality repairs and attentive resident service in Harrisonburg, VA.

You will handle service requests and perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate has maintenance experience, HVAC certification is preferred, and a valid Virginia driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• HVAC certification (Types I and II) required.
• Virginia driver’s license and proof of insurance.
