Artcraft Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Harrisonburg, VA to support the Property Manager in delivering outstanding operations and resident service.

You will handle resident accounts, rent collections, leasing support, reporting, and daily customer service tasks. The role requires office/property experience, strong organizational skills, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct property management experience.
• 2-year Associate’s degree with at least 3 years business management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in daily operations.
• Manage resident accounts and rent collections.
• Support leasing activities and applicant screening.
• Prepare reports for property performance and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
