Capital Vacations in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will implement preventative maintenance and support guest services.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Experience in resort maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Perform preventative maintenance (AC filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Paint, plumbing, electrical, moving furniture, drywall, landscaping upkeep.
• Complete maintenance calls and notify manager of issues.
• Assist guests when needed and perform other duties as requested.

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
