Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests. You will implement preventive maintenance, handle painting, plumbing, electrical tasks, landscaping, and respond to maintenance calls, with a focus on timely issue resolution and guest assistance.

Valid driver’s license and experience in resort maintenance are preferred, with opportunities for growth within a growth‑oriented

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• Experience in resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsabilités

• Implement preventive maintenance programs for A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances.
• Perform daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, drywall, and landscaping cleanup.
• Complete maintenance calls and upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notify manager of any issues.
• Assist guests when needed.
• Complete all other duties as requested.

• High School Diploma
