Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician in Huntsville, AL. You will maintain and repair facility systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations, with strong training and growth opportunities in a collaborative team environment. Night shift with a 2-2-3 schedule and weekly pay, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment (ohmmeters/voltmeters).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and logic controllers.
• Conduct electrical tests.
• Utilize schematics and diagrams to diagnose issues.
• Work with high-voltage systems, including electrical panels and circuit breakers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace with safety in mind.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel and management to prioritize tasks.
• Complete tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Document all maintenance tasks and repairs thoroughly.

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Facility Maintenance Technician for a reputable company in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facility systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Pay Rate

$24.00 hour

Schedule and Hours

2-2-3 schedule

Nights 6:00PM- 6:00AM

Facility Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex issues with industrial equipment, including CNC machines and logic controllers.
• Conduct electrical tests.
• Utilize schematics and diagrams to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
• Work with high-voltage systems, including electrical panels and circuit breakers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and management to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient maintenance schedules.
• Conduct maintenance tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Document all maintenance tasks and repairs in a detailed and accurate manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong understanding of industrial maintenance and electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with logic controllers and CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment, including ohmmeters and voltmeters.
• Knowledge of high-voltage systems and electrical panels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
