Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is assisting a local manufacturing customer in Hamilton, OH, by staffing a Maintenance Technician on a temporary assignment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs of manufacturing equipment to keep lines running smoothly.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED. The position offers a $26 per hour pay, on-site shifts from Monday to Thursday evenings, with access to Adecco's Aspire Academy and

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as maintenance technician.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read blueprints and machine drawings to identify repair needs and replacement parts.
• Repair equipment to manufacturer specifications, including replacing shafts, gears, belts, pulleys, bearings, and related components.
• Assist machine setup technicians and operators in resolving changeover issues and material-related problems.
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues effectively.
• Assist in training operators and maintenance personnel as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
