Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or maintenance experience.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals; strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Document maintenance activities and support equipment upgrades and improvements.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00/hour (based on role and shift)

Available Schedules

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM
• Weekend Options Available: 12-hour shifts with weekday scheduling

Job Duties:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Document maintenance activities and support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED; technical degree preferred
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and industrial controls
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
• Experience using hand/power tools and troubleshooting equipment
• Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
