LR Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our Michigan team. You will perform general apartment maintenance, from HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, to carpentry, ensuring quality upkeep for both vacant and occupied units.

Responsibilities include completing service requests promptly, conducting move-in/move-out inspections, and maintaining inventory. On-site work with potential weekend/on-call shifts, offering professional growth and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and on-call availability.
• High school diploma or GED.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Perform full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repair and improve vacant and occupied apartments.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Execute carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and keep the shop organized.
• Keep common areas clean and property exteriors well-kept, including snow removal.

LR Management is looking for a dependable and hard-working individual with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude along with being self-motivated and self-directed.

Our maintenance staff are key members of our property team who interact with our residents as they carry out general repairs and preventative maintenance which includes HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner
• Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks
• Performing preventative maintenance tasksConducting move in/move out inspections
• Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts
• Ensuring service shop is clean and organized
• Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areas
• Maintaining well-groomed grounds and building exteriors including, but not limited, to trash pickup and snow removal
• Adhering to established policies related to fair housing
