LR Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Michigan property team. You will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and resident-request tasks across our apartment communities.

Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, painting, move-in/out inspections, and maintaining common areas. A valid driver's license, 1–3 years of experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required; we offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• 1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Applicants must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and the ability to be on-call.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasksConducting move in/move out inspections
• Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts
• Ensuring service shop is clean and organized
• Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areas
• Maintaining well-groomed grounds and building exteriors including, but not limited, to trash pickup and snow removal
• Adhering to established policies related to fair housing

Our maintenance staff are key members of our property team who interact with our residents as they carry out general repairs and preventative maintenance which includes HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
