LR Management in Michigan is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician with apartment maintenance experience to join our team. You will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and respond to resident service requests with a focus on quality and safety.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks, conduct move-in/move-out inspections, manage inventory, and help maintain common areas and exteriors.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Applicants must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds.

• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.

Our maintenance staff are key members of our property team who interact with our residents as they carry out general repairs and preventative maintenance which includes HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
