LR Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our Michigan team. The role focuses on general apartment maintenance, including HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry, while ensuring timely completion of resident service requests.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.

• Carry out carpentry, plumbing and painting tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks.
• Perform move in/move out inspections.
• Maintain adequate inventory of parts.

LR Management is looking for a dependable and hard-working individual with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude along with being self-motivated and self-directed. Our maintenance staff are key members of our property team who interact with our residents as they carry out general repairs and preventative maintenance which includes HVAC repair, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner
• Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks
• Conducting move in/move out inspections
• Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts
• Ensuring service shop is clean and organized
• Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areas
• Maintaining well-groomed grounds and building exteriors including, but not limited, to trash pickup and snow removal
• Adhering to established policies related to fair housing
