Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Manning Apartment Homes in Evansville, IN. You will maintain buildings, grounds and amenities, handle service requests, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

The role requires HVAC knowledge and a High School Diploma or GED, plus reliable transportation and basic tools. Join a team that values safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Maintenance experience (Multifamily Housing preferred).
• HVAC knowledge required; EPA Certification a plus.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Pool maintenance experience & CPO Certification is a plus.
• Reliable transportation & basic tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team.
• Outdoor property walks and physical tasks are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Complete service requests & apartment turns.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls.
• Maintain inventory of supplies & equipment.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance.
