Job summary

Brookside Properties in Easley, SC is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support The Wesley portfolio. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance tasks across three Easley communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience required.
• Pool experience (CPO certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment service requests and resident work orders
• Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
• Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Support maintenance operations across three Easley communities
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines

What You’ll Be Doing
