Job summary

Ideal candidates have HVAC experience, EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred, and at least 1 year of maintenance work. A High School diploma or GED is required, with company-provided growth potential and life insurance included.

What You’ll Do

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
• Assist with unit turns (make-readies)

• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies

What You Need

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)

• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Reliable transportation + basic tools
• Ability to be on-call as needed
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

• Pool experience
