Job summary

Ideal candidates have HVAC/plumbing/electrical experience, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies. EPA/CPO certifications are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred (not required) for pool maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Maintain building systems, common areas, and grounds.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours calls.
• Support property safety standards, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with maintaining inventory and maintenance supplies.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or general maintenance experience
• EPA Certification preferred (not required)
• CPO Certification preferred (not required) for pool maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls/on-call rotation
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
