Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Slates at Powdersville in Piedmont, SC. You will perform repairs, maintain systems, and manage after-hours requests to ensure ready-to-let units.

Ideal candidates have HVAC experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification, and a high school diploma or GED, with CPO preferred. Join a growing Brookside team supporting community upkeep and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal required.
• CPO Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment repairs and prepare units for move-in.
• Maintain building systems, amenities, and grounds.
• Respond promptly to service requests and after-hours calls.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment care.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.

What You Bring:
