Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Custodial/Cleaner for apartment communities in Warwick, RI. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required; expect routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and teamwork to maintain property standards.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with pay ranging $18–$20 hourly based on experience. Benefits include apartment discounts, holidays, PTO, and more in a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Criminal background and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready.
• Assist in repair of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems as needed in a timely manner.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, the clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Demonstrate effective communication with residents, co-workers, and management.
• Demonstrate team-focused approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings.
• Contribute to occupancy goals by cleaning vacant apartments and common areas daily.

We are currently seeking a Custodial/Cleanerwith proven skills for apartment communities located in WARWICK, RI. A general knowledge of cleaning and maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
