Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group in Warwick, RI is seeking a Custodial/Cleaner to support apartment communities with cleaning, maintenance and grounds upkeep. You will help prepare market-ready units, clean common areas, and assist the maintenance team to ensure a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming community.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready.
• Assist in repair of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems as needed in a timely manner.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Demonstrate effective communication with residents, co-workers, and management.
• Contribute to a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a community.
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal.
• Meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other buildings.
• Contribute to occupancy goals by cleaning vacant apartments and common areas daily.

We are currently seeking a Custodial/Cleanerwith proven skills for apartment communities located in WARWICK, RI. A general knowledge of cleaning and maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready.
• Assist in the repair of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems as needed in a timely manner.
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, the clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills for communicating with residents, co-workers, and management.
• Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal.
• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings.
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by cleaning vacant apartments and common areas daily.
