Position Summary: Performs semi-skilled work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and associated equipment/systems.
Must possess maturity in judgment, demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and the ability to get along with diverse personalities.
Individual must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the University, maintaining a low-risk driving record.
