We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Clayton, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing crane and hoist systems, ensuring their smooth operation and minimizing downtime. Your work will contribute to the operational efficiency, reliability, and safety of our systems, supporting our culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on crane and hoist systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs efficiently.
• Conduct inspections, identify potential problems, and implement solutions to prevent failures.
• Maintain compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Create and update maintenance and inspection logs.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments for effective communication.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and participate in training.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, voltage, etc.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy parts and work at heights.
• Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.
