Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will perform preventive maintenance on A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, while handling daily upkeep tasks and responding to maintenance calls.

You will also assist guests and communicate issues to the manager. Applicants should have a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license with insurance, and a good driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Clean driving record is preferred.
• Knowledge of the timeshare industry is a plus.
• Experience in resort maintenance, landscaping, construction, and upkeep.
• Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintains daily upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center (painting, plumbing, electrical).
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep tasks.
• Notifies manager of issues and assists guests as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
