Peak Management in Atlanta is seeking a ROCKSTAR Maintenance Technician to join our team at Solstice of Morningside and Morningside II, 350+ unit properties. Ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service, perform technical maintenance, HVAC tasks, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment care.

This position requires on-call rotation; we offer a competitive salary and benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, PTO (including your birthday!), and a 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with technical and HVAC understanding.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics and perform equipment maintenance.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
