Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Start Date: October 5, 2026

The Liberty Group is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time temporary assignment at an apartment community in Amesbury, MA.

This assignment is expected to begin Monday, October 5th and continue through approximately mid-November, providing maintenance support during a busy period of upcoming apartment turns.

We are specifically looking for someone who is strong in painting and general apartment maintenance and can jump in and support the onsite team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Painting and preparing apartments for new residents
• Apartment turns and make-readies
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Basic electrical repairs
• General maintenance and handyman work
• Completing repairs as needed
• Assisting the onsite maintenance team with upcoming unit turnover

Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch
