Job summary

Waffle House is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multiple restaurants in the Alpharetta area. Responsibilities include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and door and fixture replacements.

Qualifications

• Basic plumbing knowledge and maintenance experience.
• Basic electrical wiring knowledge (low voltage, 120/208V, single/3-phase).
• Familiarity with HVAC repairs for units up to 5 ton.
• EPA Universal Certification.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform electrical work and wiring tasks.
• Conduct plumbing and HVAC maintenance.
• Repair roofs and replace doors, blinds, tiles, and related fixtures.

Job description

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience:

1. Basic Plumbing
2. Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
3. Use of small power/hand tools
4. HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
5. EPA Universal Certification

Schedule and Benefits:
