Job summary

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will support multiple restaurants in and around the Auburn area. This role involves installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, and related upkeep across sites.

Ideal candidates will handle HVAC repairs up to 5 ton, basic plumbing and wiring, and use of standard tools. A safety-minded, detail-oriented, team-oriented approach is essential for on-site performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing systems and repairs.
• Experience wiring basic electrical circuits (low voltage and 120/208V, single and 3-phase).
• Ability to use common hand and power tools.
• HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 ton.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Repair roof, doors, blinds, and tiles as needed.

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience:

1. Basic Plumbing
2. Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
3. Use of small power/hand tools
4. HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
5. EPA Universal Certification

Schedule and Benefits:

1. 2 weeks paid vacation per year, 3 weeks after 2 years
