Job summary

The Waffle-House is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurants in the Spartanburg, SC area. Responsibilities include installing and repairing restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and envelope repairs such as roofing, doors, blinds and tiles.

Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, able to work independently within a team, and prepared for a rotating on-call schedule. A company vehicle is provided to support service calls.

Qualifications

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
• Use of small power/hand tools
• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
• EPA Universal Certification

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience:

1. Basic Plumbing
2. Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
3. Use of small power/hand tools
4. HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
5. EPA Universal Certification

Schedule and Benefits:
