Waffle House is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multiple restaurants in the Bel Air area. You will install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment, handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC tasks, and address roof repairs and door replacements.

The role requires basic plumbing and electrical wiring skills, HVAC repair up to 5 ton, and EPA Universal Certification. A company vehicle is provided and a path to stock purchase after 90 days, with insurance options for your family.

Qualificações

• Must have basic plumbing skills.
• Capable of basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 V, single and 3 phase).
• Proficient with small power/hand tools.
• HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 tons.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform electrical, plumbing and HVAC work as needed.
• Handle roof repairs and replacement of doors, blinds and tiles.

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience:

1. Basic Plumbing
2. Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
3. Use of small power/hand tools
4. HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
5. EPA Universal Certification

Schedule and Benefits:
