Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our Alexandria, VA community. You will perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, handling service tickets and keeping the property in top condition.

This on-site role offers paid on-call time, competitive hourly pay, rent discounts up to 50%, renewal commissions, a quarterly stipend, benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Live within 30 minutes of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus, but not required to apply.

We're hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 993-unit community, and we're interviewing this week.

What you'll earn

• $23-$25/hour, based on experience
• Up to 50% off rent if you want to live on-site
• Renewal commissions shared with the property team
• $300 every quarter through our Morgan Essentials stipend
• $15/day on-call pay (rotating, and always paid)
